The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) will hold a Public Meeting to present the findings, and explain the basis for its recommendation of No Further Action under the Comprehensive

Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act (CERCLA) for the Caines Head/Fort McGilvray Formerly Used Defense Site (FUDS) near Seward, Alaska. Community members are encouraged to attend, ask questions, and provide comments.
