Notice to Creditors

The Seward Superior Court has appointed Malia Acovak as personal representative of the
Estate of Anna Acovak (case No. 3 SW-26-9 PR). All persons or entities having claims
against the deceased are required to present those claims within four (4) months after the date of the first publication of this notice or the claims will be forever barred. Claims must either be presented to the personal representative, care of Law Office of Vance A. Sanders, LLC, 636 Harris Street, Juneau, Alaska 99801, or filed with the Seward court.
