I’ve got a busy few weeks coming up with travel to both the ICMA
Conference and the Alaska Center for Energy and Power (ACEP)
Conference. I’ll miss being at the October 27 City Council meeting, but
Deputy City Manager Bickling will be leading in my place — big thanks to
him for keeping things running smoothly while I’m away.
With the change of seasons, I’ve also been having some fun getting
involved in the Parks and Rec leagues. Pictured here is a photo from a
friendly racquetball match with Parks and Rec Director Hauze — leagues
are a great way to stay active and connect with the team in a different
way.
We’ve got a full Council agenda ahead and only two meetings left this
year. It’s a great time to tune in or stop by to see your City Council in action!
