Seward, Alaska– The Seward Chamber of Commerce is excited to host the annual Seward Chamber Community Awards on April 2, 6:00-8:00 p.m., at the Seward Gateway Hotel. 

This event is a wonderful opportunity to celebrate the incredible individuals who bring so much value to our community with their integrity, character, and leadership. 

The Chamber Board of Directors received the nominations from the public, reviewed them, and narrowed the final few down to a handful of individuals per category. The categories include Business Person of the Year, Seward Community Service Award, and the Business Site Improvement Award. New this year, the Chamber is partnering with Seward Education Advocates (SEA) to recognize one remarkable local teacher for a Teacher of the Year award.

Dinner Details: 

Dinner catered by Woody’s Thai Kitchen with selections including Pad Thai, Green Curry, Fried Rice, and Noodle Stir Fry. An assorted selection of freshly made desserts will be provided by Judy Odhner of Alaska Culinary Experience. Drinks will be available for purchase.
